About the role
As our Carrier Procurement Representative, you will focus on building relationships with new and existing clients to ensure that their transportation needs are met. Your primary focus will be on capturing capacity, building relationships, and devising the most efficient and inventive solutions to meet the unique transportation needs of our customers.

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure their transportation needs are met.
- Devise and implement solutions to meet the unique transportation needs of our customers.
- Solve complex problems with creativity and innovation.
- Navigate and negotiate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Show proficiency in using Microsoft Office and transportation management systems (TMS).
Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines; detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities; proficient in using Microsoft Office and transportation management systems (TMS).

Pay
Commensurate with experience.
