About the role

We're hiring Carrier Executives at multiple levels, from entry-level professionals looking to launch a career in logistics to experienced Mid-Market and Enterprise Carrier Executives ready to drive strategic partnerships and network growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop new carrier partnerships and expand existing relationships through prospecting, lead generation, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with carriers through consistent communication and proactive engagement.
- Serve as a trusted partner by providing transparent and timely updates to carriers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, increase carrier value, and improve sales effectiveness.
- Utilize TransLoop's industry-leading technology platform to drive efficiency, visibility, and operational excellence.
- Deliver reliable, exceptional customer service that reinforces confidence and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and a best-in-class experience for carriers and customers.
