What You'll Do

  • Develop new carrier partnerships and expand existing relationships through prospecting, lead generation, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with carriers through consistent communication and proactive engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted partner by providing transparent and timely updates to carriers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, increase carrier value, and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Utilize TransLoop's industry-leading technology platform to drive efficiency, visibility, and operational excellence.
  • Deliver reliable, exceptional customer service that reinforces confidence and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and a best-in-class experience for carriers and customers.

What You'll Need

  • Ability to confidently conduct a high volume of outbound calls and prospecting activities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to build strong relationships, solve problems cross-functionally, and communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and/or teammates to drive successful outcomes.
  • Commitment to transparency, accountability, and follow-through in every interaction.
  • Professionalism and the ability to represent the TransLoop brand and values with excellence.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Power Only transportation, team expedited dry van operations, flatbed/open-deck freight, or specialized carrier networks (optional).
  • Proven success developing and managing carrier relationships.
