Responsibilities

• Running scheduled reefer loads coordinated by dispatch
• Maintaining communication regarding routes, delays, or updates
• Ensuring equipment is compliant and ready for transport
• Managing delivery documentation and providing accurate updates
• Following all FMCSA, state, and federal regulations
• Collaborating with dispatch to maintain on‑time performance and service quality

Qualifications

• Active DOT and MC authority
• Experience operating reefer equipment and transporting temperature‑controlled freight
• Ability to maintain accurate logs, BOLs, and delivery documentation
• Professional communication skills to coordinate with dispatch and customers
• Strong time‑management and reliability for scheduled pickups and deliveries
• Commitment to safety and compliance with transportation regulations
• Physically capable of handling freight when required
• Prior experience in trucking, logistics, or freight operations is highly beneficial
• English, Spanish, or bilingual carriers welcome nationwide
