Responsibilities

• Offer our customers the best possible service by providing prompt and friendly service to all customers.
• Maintain an organized work space and counter space for retail customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions made over the phone.
• Monitor special order parts through CarQuest system.
• Utilize all options to locate parts for customers as needed.
• Assist customers over the phone and in‑person.
• Pick product from warehouse in order to fulfill customer needs.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred
• Good customer service skills
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Automotive knowledge will be a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical requirement: some lifting required

Schedule

Full‑time shifts: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday‑Friday and 8:00 am – 12:00 pm Saturdays.
