Qualifications

• Carpet & floor tile cleaning Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Truck mount operation Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Commercial pressure washing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Required)
• Driver's License / clean driving record (Required)

Requirements

• Active CA Driver License with clean record.
• Able to drive company vans safely to job sites throughout Southern California at night.
• Be responsible and arrive promptly at our San Bernardino location to pick up the company vehicle and necessary tools and materials for service orders.
• Able to work the NIGHT Shift. Start time could be between 6pm to 1am. Shift start time could change as required by job/customer requirements.
• Able to work overtime as necessary and able to travel to various job locations as necessary.
• Experience in industrial carpet cleaning, waxing floors, power washing, warehouse, construction labor, etc.
• Kitchen cleaning experience is preferred but NOT NEEDED to qualify. Other commercial cleaning job tasks may be assigned.
• Able to travel throughout Southern California.
• Able to work in a team environment with "team work" mentality.
• Able to follow all safety policies and procedures within the work area.
• Able to work with the physical demands of the job, stand, bend, twist, repetitive movement, lift up to 70 pounds, other physical demands may be necessary.

Full Job Description

The technicians will be required to provide many skilled services to the restaurant and food service industry which include but are not limited to, Commercial carpet cleaning, floor tile & grout cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, sanitizing (and much more), as requested by our clients.

Compensation

We need experienced technicians ONLY
ENTRY LEVEL TECHNICIAN WILL EARN AN AVERAGE OF $17.00 per hour / Paid drive time to and from all job locations.
