$42,000 - $65,000+ per year with $1,000.00 Sign On Bonus

At Modernistic, we have a company culture focused on customer delight, which means we strive to go above and beyond for our customers and our co-workers! Our Traverse City, MI location is currently looking for Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning Technicians to join our rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities

• Delight customers by providing outstanding customer service in their homes and businesses
• Work with a partner to provide quality air duct, carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning and water restoration services to residential and commercial customers
• Prepare areas for service by moving furniture and following safety protocols
• Observe your Lead Technician, learning everything you can from them so you can advance to the Lead Technician position more quickly
• Educate customers on the benefits of additional services Modernistic can offer
• Stock & clean your vehicle with equipment and supplies each day

Requirements

• Valid Michigan driver's license and good driving record
• Able to pass a drug screen & background check
• Able to move and lift 50 lbs. or more
• Exceptional communication skills
• Friendly, cooperative and positive attitude
• Dependable with reliable transportation

Qualifications

• IICRC & NADCA certifications are a plus, but not required
