Responsibilities
- Build custom decks, pergolas, 3-season rooms, and screened porches to exact specifications.
- Execute complex framing, roof structures, wood stairways, and window/door installations.
- Expertly work with pressure-treated lumber and premium composite materials.
- Read and interpret detailed architectural drawings and building plans accurately.
- Manage material take-offs, maintain a clean job site, and ensure all work meets OSHA safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience, with a specific focus on decks, pergolas, and roof framing.
- A commitment to craftsmanship, a strong work ethic, and a professional appearance.
- Must possess a reliable vehicle (capable of hauling materials) and a complete set of professional-grade power and hand tools.
- Must carry active General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance.
- Comfortable with ladder work, heavy lifting, and outdoor conditions.
- Proven track record of punctuality and meeting project deadlines.
