Carpentry Installer Apprentice
About the Role
Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry, and more. We are seeking motivated, organized, and conscientious individuals with a passion for outstanding craftsmanship and superior customer service for our Carpentry/Installer Apprentice position.
This role is an excellent opportunity to start a career in the industry. Apprentices assist Lead Installers with product installation, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and profitability. Successful apprentices will progress to Lead Installer roles, with earning potential of $60-90K per year once established.
Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Installers with the installation of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry, and other products in a safe, high-quality, and efficient manner.
- Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction through clear, friendly, and professional communication.
- Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly.
Requirements
- Possess and maintain a current driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Operate company vehicles safely.
- Prior experience in closet, garage, or office installation is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent personal organization skills.

Pay
