Carpentry General Laborer

Responsibilities

• Aid with general labor tasks around the manufacturing yard and shop
• Support production teams with materials handling, cleanup, and basic assembly tasks
• Ensure safe transport by communicating with drivers and following state escort regulations
• Provide operational support wherever needed to keep daily workflow running smoothly
• Cut and build trusses for framers

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or labor roles is a plus (but not required)
