About the role
We are an established company specializing in interior finish carpentry, seeking a high-quality finish carpenter to serve as a Carpentry Foreman.
Responsibilities
- Installation of doors, mouldings, cabinetry, and woodwork in general
- Ability to work extra hours and weekends as necessary
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and other personnel
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of carpentry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Own truck and tools, with knowledge of related materials
- 3–5 years of carpentry experience
- Experience with architectural design and working from plans
- Knowledge of modern resource calculation methods
- Experience in siding, gutters, window wraps, and general construction
Skills
- Ability to deal with high-end clients and maintain a professional appearance
- Proficiency with smartphone technology (e.g., iPhone, Android)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and overcome problems
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Schedule
Independent contractor position with 35–40+ hours per week. Work location: Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas.
Pay
Competitive pay, negotiable based on skill and experience.
