Job Summary

We are looking for a Carpenter's Helper to join our team. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic person who enjoys working collaboratively and committed to providing great service, we want to hear from you. You will help us keep growing and we will help you to grow in the company and reach all your professional and personal goals. The Carpenter's Helper is responsible for helping with general carpentry and box making following our standards.

Responsibilities

• Designing and installing cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall and insulation.
• Selecting lumber by size and strength to suit each job, sourcing wood to suit the customer’s budget and style.
• Maintaining and performing preventative maintenance on tooling.
• Promoting safety within the workplace to guarantee all tasks are performed within the safety manual guidelines.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some general carpentry experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and good troubleshooting skills.
• Dependable, honest, reliable.
• Able to multi-task.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Great work ethic.

Compensation And Benefits

• Hourly pay rate - $13.00 to $14 (based on qualifications).
• Dental, Vision, and Health insurance.
• Paid time off (Waiting Period may apply. Only full-time employees eligible).

Schedule

• 8-hour shift.
• Full-time Day shift.
• Monday to Friday.
• Overtime.
