Carpenter Helper

Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters by performing tasks of lesser skill, including handling materials, tools, and cleaning work areas and equipment.
• Build rough wooden structures such as concrete forms, scaffolds, supports, and temporary shelters based on sketches or instructions.
• Support interior carpentry tasks like installing doors, wall forms, trim, and hardware.
• Operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and work in a drug-free environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of commercial construction carpentry experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Team-oriented with a focus on safety and quality.
