Duties
- Overall maintenance of properties.
- Routine services including painting, sheet rock repair, cleaning, siding repair, light masonry work, gutter cleaning, light bulb replacements, and general carpentry.
- Ensure all maintenance requests are handled in an efficient and professional manner.
- Provide prompt response to work orders via Smart Phone (provided by employer), email, and other applications.
- Be willing to work with office to discuss any questions and concerns regarding work orders and to request additional help when needed (from another maintenance representative or third party vendor).
- Make arrangements/appointments with Unit Owners for unit access as needed per various work orders.
- Meet with and oversee third party vendors as needed.
- Respond to and handle emergency situations after hours (when on call).
- Purchase supplies (with company card) when necessary using own vehicle.
- Arrange for delivery of supplies when necessary.
- Provide paid receipts with work order detail to office regularly.
- Maintain own records of same in the event that a purchase is questioned.
- Maintain Maintenance Logs of work completed daily.
- Provide management with descriptions of work performed daily and track hours worked in accordance with company requirements.
- Be available to staff via email and phone during business hours.
Requirements
- Monday to Friday On call - emergency after hours rotation
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification
- Driver's License (Required)
