Carpenter / Lead Carpenter - SPIL

About the role
We are looking for a full-time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, mechanical). The more skills you have, the more we can offer. Projects range from small patch-and-paint to complete home rebuilds. This is a permanent position with a consistent workload, great leadership, and a well-rounded team.
Pay range: $25–$32/hour, depending on experience and trade knowledge. Daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses, six paid major holidays, and PTO accrual. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours and double-time after 60 hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform remodeling tasks including drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, and mechanical work
- Work on projects ranging from minor repairs to full home rebuilds
Requirements
- Remodeling experience
- Reliable and hardworking
- Provide your own tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to move and/or lift 50+ lbs
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Previous restoration experience is a plus
