Responsibilities
- Installation of doors; drill and set door hardware
- Installation of windows
- Layout for stairs and common rafters
- Read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills, and perform layout
- Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns
- Pump, place, and finish techniques
- Placement of concrete, slab on grade, and elevated decks
- Crane signals and rigging
- Effectively communicate and understand both verbal and written instructions
- Ability to organize, sequence, and perform assigned tasks within schedule
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years’ experience in construction
- Candidates must have reliable transportation
- Be willing to work within a 50-mile radius
- Be able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions
