About the role
We are looking for a full-time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, mechanical). The more skills you have, the more we can offer. Projects range from small patch-and-paint to complete home rebuilds. This is a permanent position with a consistent workload, great leadership, and a well-rounded team.
Pay starts at $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience and trade knowledge, plus a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours and double-time after 60 hours. Six major holidays are paid, and you will accrue PTO plus a floating holiday.
Responsibilities
- Perform remodeling tasks including drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, and mechanical work
- Work on projects ranging from minor repairs to full home rebuilds
- Collaborate with superintendents and team members to meet job goals
Requirements
- Remodeling experience (drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, or mechanical)
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to provide your own tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Previous restoration experience is a plus

Pay

Schedule
Full-time, year-round work with overtime paid at 1.5× after 40 hours and 2× after 60 hours.
