About the role
A Carpenter I independently performs a wide variety of skilled carpentry work in the construction, alteration and repair of structural woodwork and wooden articles as a regular and continuing work assignment, and may supervise one or more Carpenter Helpers or other helpers assisting in the work and performs other related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Perform rough and finished carpentry work
- Supervise Carpenter Helpers or other helpers
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Four (4) years of work experience in performing a variety of ROUGH and FINISHED carpentry work
- An equivalent combination of experience and training
- A valid driver's license
- The ability to lift and carry items of various weights
