About the role
We are looking for fully qualified, highly motivated and skilled Carpenters to join our growing team as a Subcontractor (or Permanently Employed – your choice).
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and learn the latest cutting-edge sustainable building techniques.
- Work in a small, progressive and cutting-edge company with most of our staff employed permanently for multiple years at a time.
- Work in a supportive team culture with diverse projects.

- Take on site management roles if desired.
Requirements
- Certificate III or higher in Carpentry qualifications
- 2-years post-apprenticeship experience
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable trade vehicle
- Valid construction White Card
- Your own trade tools
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Valid ABN number and insurances (if applying for ABN full-time)
- Able to work in a team environment and take direction from Project Managers
- Attention to detail, ability to work unsupervised and good communication skills
Qualifications
- Certificate III or higher in Carpentry qualifications
- 2-years post-apprenticeship experience

Pay
ABN hourly rates: Negotiable competitive rate based on experience, skills and productivity. Paid weekly upon invoice.
Schedule
Monday to Friday (no weekends). Consistent weekly workload of a minimum of 40 hours (full-time) or 25-hours (part-time) per week.
