We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real specific content. Use for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content.
We have job description: "It's fun to work..." etc. There's internal note about login etc - we should remove boilerplate. The core content: Responsible for interpreting design, planning, construction, installation, repair and maintenance of all building projects on all entities and properties under the control of Grand Casino. Grand Casino Hinckley Carpenter Department Facilities Exempt (y/N) Y Reports To Facilities Shift Manager Salary Grade N07 Build the Details... etc.
We need sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements/Qualifications (maybe combine), Skills (maybe list), Benefits (we have "What You’ll Get" includes benefits), Pay (salary grade N07 maybe mention), Schedule (maybe mention occasional after-hours). We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content: Salary Grade N07 (specific). Benefits: Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) with employer match, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, PTO, holiday pay, recognition for birthdays, anniversaries, milestones. That's specific.
Schedule: Occasional after-hours or off-shift work to support slot floor access, operational needs, or project scheduling. Also maybe "Frequent lifting..." but schedule is about hours. We have occasional after-hours/off-shift work. That's specific enough for Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting, but we can format as lists.
We need to avoid boilerplate: internal employee login line, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
Let's extract sections:
About the role: maybe a brief paragraph summarizing role: "Responsible for interpreting design, planning, construction, installation, repair and maintenance of all building projects on all entities and properties under the control of Grand Casino." plus maybe "Build the Details. Support the Floor. Elevate the Guest Experience." That's tagline. We'll include as prose.
Responsibilities: list of duties from "What You’ll Do" sections: Commercial Carpentry + Cabinetry Support, Slot Floor + Operational Support, Facility Repair + Maintenance, Tool + Material Management, Safety + Professional Standards. Each with bullet points.
Requirements/Qualifications: "What You Bring" includes minimum experience, education combos, preferred experience, ability to read blueprints, experience operating tools, troubleshooting skills, ability to work independently, communication skills, ability to lift 50 lbs, physical demands, must secure GRA license, Mille Lacs Band Member preference. Also "Success Measures" maybe could be under Requirements? But success measures are outcomes; maybe we could put under Responsibilities? But they are metrics of success; could be under Requirements? Might be better as a separate section "Performance Expectations" but not allowed headings. We could incorporate into Responsibilities or Requirements? The instruction: Use headings only from list. So we need to fit content into those headings. We could put success measures under Responsibilities (as expected outcomes) or under Requirements (as performance standards). Probably Responsibilities includes what you'll do; success measures are outcomes, could be under Responsibilities as bullet points.
Skills: maybe list of skills like "Strong troubleshooting, craftsmanship, organizational, and problem-solving skills.", "Strong communication and interpersonal skills.", "Ability to read and interpret blueprints", "Ability to operate tools safely", etc. Could be under Skills.
Benefits: as described.
Pay: Salary Grade N07.
Schedule: Occasional after-hours or off-shift work.
We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each heading has real content.

Check for any duplicated content: We have skills list includes some duplicates from requirements (troubleshooting etc). Might be okay but could be considered duplication. However we must preserve all substantive information; we could keep them in both sections but maybe better to avoid duplication by moving some to only one section. But the instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is not prohibited, but we should avoid unnecessary repetition? Not explicitly forbidden. However "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Duplication may make sections thin? It's okay. We need to ensure we didn't include boilerplate: removed internal employee login line, removed "eds, or project scheduling. #FM4" at end (that's a fragment). Also removed "For current employees of Mille Lacs Corporate Venture..." etc. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The text included "eds, or project scheduling. #FM4" which we removed. Also there was a line "What You’ll Get Growth + Support Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision).401(k) with employer match, tuition reimbursement, and paid parental leave.PTO, holiday pay, and recognition for birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones." We captured. Also there was "Culture + Legacy ..." which we omitted because not in allowed headings; but it's substantive. However we cannot create a heading for culture; we could incorporate into About the role or Benefits? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. We have no heading for Culture, but we could include that content under About the role as prose. It's substantive. Let's add a paragraph about culture under About the role. Add after the initial paragraph: "Culture + Legacy: A workplace grounded in the Seven Values: Wisdom, Love, Respect, Truth, Humility, Bravery, and Honesty. Opportunities to contribute to the long-term success of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe and Grand Casino community. A culture of creativity, collaboration, and shared purpose. Every experience we create is Friendly, Effortless, Fun, and Memorable — for our Guests and for each other." We'll incorporate that. Now ensure we
