About The Job

The Tepa Companies are seeking a Carpenter Foreman to supervise a team of laborers, operators, and carpenters. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure work sites are cleaned and cleared of hazardous materials.
• Audit and distribute work orders accurately, considering time efficiency.
• Create and monitor schedules for workers, ensuring they can handle the workload.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of supplies and materials.
• Track construction costs and brief crew members on daily tasks.
• Plan and organize daily work schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Lead daily safety toolbox talks and provide guidance on proper construction techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment.
• Monitor equipment and tools, ensuring they are available and in good condition.
• Create progress reports daily and communicate significant information to supervisors.
• Handle onsite incidents and emergencies proactively.
• Ensure periodic maintenance and proper storage of equipment and tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00 per hour plus per diem for travelers 95+ miles from the job site.
