Carpenter for Archadeck Outdoor Living

About the role

You’ll handle layout, framing, and finish carpentry on custom outdoor projects. This is a hands‑on field role that requires strong craftsmanship, problem‑solving, and clear communication with the team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Build decks, pergolas, and covered porches according to plans
• Perform layout, framing, and detailed finish carpentry
• Read and interpret construction drawings
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Assist with problem‑solving to keep projects moving efficiently
• Follow safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of carpentry experience
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Solid understanding of framing, layout, and construction fundamentals
• Knowledge of how a house is built
• Basic understanding of IRC/ICC code as it applies to decks and patio covers

Pay

Compensation: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
