About the role

We are looking for a full-time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have, the more we can offer you. We work on projects ranging from small patch-and-paint jobs to complete home rebuilds. With our consistent workload, great leaders, and well-rounded team, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling tasks including drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, and mechanical work
• Handle projects from small repairs to full home rebuilds
• Collaborate with superintendents and team members to accomplish job goals

Requirements

• Remodeling experience (restoration experience is a plus)
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Provide your own tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs
• Pass background check and drug screen

Pay

$25–$32/hour (based on experience) plus a daily vehicle stipend.

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round work with no seasonal layoffs
• Overtime at 1.5x pay for 40+ hours per week
• Double time at 60+ hours per week
