Key Responsibilities
- Sculpting and assembling siding, drywall, cabinets, and furniture
- Building door and window frames, stairways, rafters, and partitions
- Ensuring flooring, roofing, and drywall are level and compatible
- Interpreting blueprints and sketches to meet project requirements
- Conducting inspections, repairs, and maintenance of structures
- Performing framing, structural repairs, and wood rot fixes
- Installing exterior components and assisting with roofing systems
- Maintaining a clean, professional job site and clear communication with project managers
Qualifications and Skills Required
- 3+ years of carpentry experience with knowledge of tools and techniques
- Strong physical condition, hand dexterity, and accurate measuring skills
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Own basic tools and ability to work outdoors in heat
- Understanding of residential construction and ability to read job specifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and excellent communication skills
