Carpenter Craftsman

Key Responsibilities

• Sculpting and assembling siding, drywall, cabinets, and furniture
• Building door and window frames, stairways, rafters, and partitions
• Ensuring flooring, roofing, and drywall are level and compatible
• Interpreting blueprints and sketches to meet project requirements
• Conducting inspections, repairs, and maintenance of structures
• Performing framing, structural repairs, and wood rot fixes
• Installing exterior components and assisting with roofing systems
• Maintaining a clean, professional job site and clear communication with project managers

Qualifications and Skills Required

• 3+ years of carpentry experience with knowledge of tools and techniques
• Strong physical condition, hand dexterity, and accurate measuring skills
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own basic tools and ability to work outdoors in heat
• Understanding of residential construction and ability to read job specifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and excellent communication skills
