Carpenter / Cabinet Installation Technician

About the role

This position is within the Kitchen Tune-Up Uplifts People's Lives team. You will be joining a fast-growing, locally owned kitchen remodeling company that is part of a national franchise. We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Cabinet Installation Technician proficient and experienced in installing kitchen cabinets and trim carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair kitchen cabinets and trim carpentry
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Ensure adherence to high-quality standards and safety protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cabinet installation
• Proficiency in carpentry skills and tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow blueprints
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with kitchen design and remodeling
• Knowledge of kitchen layout and functionality
