About the role

The Carpenter / Cabinet Installation Technician will install kitchen cabinets and perform trim carpentry. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing, locally owned kitchen remodeling company that is part of a national franchise.

Responsibilities

• Install kitchen cabinets and perform trim carpentry
• Work with strong marketing leads for kitchen upgrades
• Participate in the remodeling process using the company's 5 Trustpoints
• Collaborate with other remodeling experts to uplift customers' homes and lives

Requirements

• Proficient and experienced in kitchen cabinet installation and trim carpentry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow blueprints and specifications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in cabinet installation and trim carpentry
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards

Skills

• Proficiency in carpentry tools and techniques
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
