About the role
The Carpenter is responsible for performing skilled work in carpentry, including framing, drywall, flooring, and cabinetry.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install structural frames and other building components using hand tools and power tools.
- Install and repair drywall, trim, and other finishing materials.
- Operate various carpentry machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow blueprints and construction plans to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
- Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in carpentry or related field.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in carpentry tools and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Carpentry skills (framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry).
- Construction safety practices.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Pay
$18.50 per hour.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
