About the role

As a full-time Carpenter, you will provide uncompromised service to customers through general carpentry work, including gutters, siding, doors, windows, trim, sheetrock, framing, decks, painting, soffit, fascia repair, moisture barriers, and vent installation. This is an hourly position based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to schedule services and gather necessary tools and materials for each project.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as:
  • Soffits and fascia repair
  • Siding installation and repair
  • Interior/exterior trim work
  • Framing and sheetrock installation
  • Deck and porch construction/repair
  • Door and window installation/repair
  • Gutter installation and repair
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining service processes and answering questions.
• Follow written, verbal, or diagram instructions to deliver high-quality service.
• Perform tasks that may require working on tall ladders or roofs.
• Clean up work areas and collect payments upon project completion.
• Contribute to company goals with a hard-working attitude and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Demonstrated skill in most of the listed construction categories.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Able to pass internal technical exams.
• Possess a current Driver’s License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work a minimum 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.
