Responsibilities

  • Kitchen remodeling.
  • Bathroom remodeling.
  • Whole-home renovations.
  • Finish carpentry.
  • Trim installation.
  • Cabinet and vanity installation.
  • Interior door installation.
  • Flooring installation and preparation.
  • Framing and structural remodeling.
  • Demolition and jobsite preparation.
  • Custom built-ins.
  • Material handling and jobsite organization.
  • Working alongside experienced carpenters while learning new skills every day.

Qualifications

  • Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Is dependable and punctual.
  • Wants to learn and grow every day.
  • Takes pride in quality workmanship.
  • Respects clients, teammates, and their homes.
  • Can use hand and power tools (experience is a plus).
  • Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
  • Previous construction or carpentry experience is helpful, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Position: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (Overtime opportunities available)
  • Apprentice Pay: $18–$27 per hour, based on experience, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
