Responsibilities
- Accurately measure and calculate materials needed for each job.
- Cut, shape, and prepare lumber and other materials to precise specifications.
- Build and install doors, frames, staircases, cabinetry, walls, and flooring.
- Perform framing, drywall hanging and finishing, interior/exterior painting, and siding.
- Install hardwood flooring, trim, insulation, and minor roof repairs as needed.
- Conduct repair and maintenance work as assigned.
- Adhere to safety standards on every job site.
- Collaborate with project managers and fellow team members to ensure project deadlines and quality expectations are met.
- Travel to multiple job sites using a company-provided vehicle.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling or carpentry.
- Proficient across multiple trades including framing, drywall, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and painting.
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
- Skilled in the use of, and supply your own hand tools.
- Skilled in the use of power tools.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently on varied tasks.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Pay
$26.00–$30.00 per hour (depending on experience).
Schedule
- Full-Time.
- Monday–Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
