Carpenter Apprentice
About the role
Assist with framing, exterior trim and siding, window and door installation, decking, interior trim, cabinetry, and finishes
Stage materials, organize tools, and help verify quantities to keep projects moving efficiently
Read basic plans and measurements; follow verbal and written instructions from Lead Carpenters and Project Managers
Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites; practice daily safety habits
Use hand and power tools under supervision and care for company tools and equipment
Document work progress with photos or notes and communicate issues early
Uphold NEPA Builders' workmanship standards and professional client interactions
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and measuring skills
- 0-2 years of construction or carpentry experience preferred (trade school or shop classes a plus)
- Familiarity with hand and power tools preferred
- Team-oriented, dependable, coachable, and eager to learn
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites across NEPA
