About the role

Molly Maid is hiring House Cleaners to help families throughout the Indianapolis area keep their homes clean and comfortable. No experience is required—we provide all training, supplies, equipment, and transportation while you're on the job.

Pay

Earn $15-$21+ per hour including tips and bonuses. Weekly pay.

Schedule

Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. No nights, weekends, or major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean customer homes using Molly Maid's proven cleaning system
• Work as part of a team to provide excellent service
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Help create a positive experience for every client

Requirements

• Reliable and dependable
• Positive attitude
• Able to perform physical work including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and lifting household cleaning equipment
• Available Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Must pass a background check

Qualifications
