Caribbean Travel Specialist

We’re adding a Caribbean Travel Specialist to make traveler-fit planning easier to trust across personalized cruises, resorts, Caribbean and Hawaii trips, romantic travel, family vacations, and groups. The role focuses on specialized execution within resort travel support, ensuring incomplete information is surfaced before it becomes downstream rework.

Strong performance is measured by fewer avoidable corrections, timely follow-through, and records that make the next action obvious. The outcome is tied to specialized execution within resort travel support.

Responsibilities

• Review and document the reasoning behind important trip choices to ensure clarity and consistency in the workflow.
• Maintain the workflow by clarifying traveler priorities before recommending options.
• Track the workflow by researching destinations and products against stated traveler needs.
• Own the workflow by comparing meaningful tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.
• Coordinate supplier or booking follow-up to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• Apply customer service and resort travel support confidently in specialized execution within resort travel.
• Manage client relationships without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document travel planning decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment in traveler consultation, especially when escalation is needed instead of assumption.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
