Caribbean Travel Specialist
About the Role
Luxury Escape by Jaclyn Vehlewald is looking for a Caribbean Travel Specialist to help travel-related requests move from research or inquiry through accurate documentation, coordination, and follow-up. This full-time, 100% remote position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with the company.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing traveler requests, booking details, destination research, supplier information, or itinerary changes.
- Keeping names, dates, confirmations, preferences, and travel documentation accurate in shared systems.
- Following up with travelers, suppliers, or internal teams when information or action is outstanding.
- Resolving routine questions and escalating complex booking or service issues with clear notes.
Requirements
- Strong attention to names, dates, confirmations, and customer preferences.
- Clear customer communication and dependable follow-up.
- Confidence researching and organizing information across web-based tools.
- Ability to manage several requests without losing track of outstanding details.
- Comfort applying these habits to Caribbean travel-specific responsibilities rather than treating the work as generic administrative support.
Remote Work
The work assigned to this Caribbean Travel Specialist position is designed to be completed remotely through approved digital systems, email, phone, shared documents, and other collaboration tools. Reliable follow-through, secure handling of information, and clear written status updates are important.
Position Details
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Associate level.
Pay
Base compensation: $42,000–$62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
