Responsibilities
- Maintain the Caribbean Travel Specialist workflow by helping the team clarify traveler priorities before recommending options.
- Track the workflow by researching destinations and products against stated traveler needs.
- Own the workflow by comparing meaningful tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.
- Coordinate supplier or booking follow-up within the workflow.
- Review and document the reasoning behind important trip choices for traceability.
Success Profile
- Use Supplier Coordination and Quote Preparation confidently in executing Caribbean travel specialization within Europe travel support.
- Apply Europe Travel Support while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines tied to Caribbean travel execution.

Role Details
This is a full-time, associate-level position, 100% remote within the United States. Remote execution is considered complete only when traveler-fit planning is accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
