About the role

Saint Andrew Catholic School is seeking a dedicated C.A.R.E.S. Director for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time position runs from 2–6 pm. The Children are Receiving Extended Services (C.A.R.E.S.) program operates September through early June, supporting the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual development of students before and after school hours. While the program includes activities, it is primarily supervision-based rather than enrichment-focused. Only students enrolled at Saint Andrew Catholic Preschool and Saint Andrew Catholic School are eligible for these services.

Responsibilities

• Be present to work the afternoon program and oversee parent sign-outs
• Work with school administration to assist with hiring and staffing needs for the program
• Create and maintain weekly staff schedules based on student attendance outlook
• Develop and maintain daily game plans, including the logistical supervision plan for each day
• Monitor and manage student allergy and medical needs
• Record all day’s events, activities, and sign-outs

Requirements

• All Catholic school-required clearances (as listed on the school’s website)

Schedule

Part-time, 2–6 pm, September through early June.
