About the Role

NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to practice at the top of their license at CarePlex Orthopaedic Ambulatory Surgery Center. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for orthopedic cases, including the option to perform your own regional anesthesia (training available if desired).
• Collaborate with a team of experienced anesthesia clinicians.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and care in an ambulatory surgery environment.

Compensation

• Base salary: $270,000
• 7 weeks paid time off (PTO)
• $20,000 sign‑on bonus per year
• Paid holidays

CarePlex Orthopaedic Ambulatory Surgery Center (COASC) performed over 3,600 procedures last year, offering specialized orthopedic care in an outpatient setting. As a Tidewater Orthopaedics affiliate, COASC’s physicians focus on one or two body parts, enhancing expertise and reducing patient complications. All supporting staff have a minimum of two years of specialty training in orthopedics.
