Caregivers With Full Days Close to Home in South OC and Premium Pay

Full Time / Part Time positions available in San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente & Dana Point.

About the Role

We're building steady, full-day caregiver routes right in South County. Picture one or two clients who live close together, back-to-back shifts of about 3–5 hours each, and a real 6-to-10-hour day multiple times a week. Less time on the freeway, more hours on the clock, and a schedule you can actually plan your life around.

$20–22 per hour based on experience. Paid every two weeks — plus same-day pay through PayActiv when something can't wait until payday. When you drive between cases, we pay for it: paid travel time and paid mileage. Your day starts when you clock in, not when you finally get there.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in their homes with bathing and dressing
• Help clients get around safely
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Provide companionship

Some clients are recovering from surgery, some have dementia, some just need a dependable person in the house. We match you to clients who fit your experience and comfort level, and we tell you exactly what you're walking into.

Requirements

• Six months of caregiving experience — caring for a family member counts
• California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to register (we walk you through it)
• Current TB clearance
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable with hands-on personal care
