About the role
Ensure the safety, health, and well‑being of clients in their homes and tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement.
Responsibilities
- Personal care, light housework, and meal preparation
- Shopping, errands, and companionship
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated against COVID‑19 or have an exemption
- Current TB test or clear chest X‑ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willingness to travel up to 25 miles if needed
