Qualifications & Requirements Must be 18 + or older Must pass a state background check Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with valid auto insurance Have at least 6+ months of previous work history High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred Benefits & Perks Flexible Schedules: We work with your availability! Position Overview As a Home Health Aide / Caregiver, you will provide compassionate assistance with daily needs and personal care. Adhering to a customized care plan, you will ensure clients feel supported, safe, and comfortable in their homes at all times. Key Responsibilities Personal Care Assistance (ADL's): Assist with hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mouth and skin care, and toileting. Mobility Support: Help clients transfer and move safely using wheelchairs, walkers, gait belts, or hoyer lift/sit-to-stand. Meal Preparation: Plan and cook nutritious meals according to client preferences and needs. Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take their medications safely and on schedule. Companionship: Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities to support emotional well-being. Specialized Monitoring: Provide specialized observation and care for clients living with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Transportation & Errands: Drive clients to doctor appointments, grocery stores, or beauty salons using your vehicle or the client's vehicle. Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean living space by vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, gathering trash, changing bed linens, and doing light laundry.
