Join Concepts of Health Care, Inc.! We are hiring Certified Caregivers, Personal Care Aides, and Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one in-home care.

What You’ll Do
- Absist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility).
- Help with light housekeeping.
- Ensure client safety and proper equipment use.
- Document services accurately.
- Be reliable, compassionate, and professional.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Care Aide or Home Health Aide.
- Reliable transportation.
- Caring, dependable, good communication skills.
Service Area
Albany, Columbia, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren, Washington counties.
