Caregivers - HHA / PCA

About the role

We are hiring Certified Caregivers, Personal Care Aides, and Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one in-home care. Positions available: Full-Time, Part-Time, Shift, and Live-In.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Help with light housekeeping.
• Ensure client safety and proper equipment use.
• Document services accurately.
• Be reliable, compassionate, and professional.

Requirements

• Certified Personal Care Aide or Home Health Aide.
• Reliable transportation.
• Caring, dependable, good communication skills.

Service Area

Albany, Columbia, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren, Washington counties.

Pay

Competitive pay: $18.70/hr (Live-In daily: $243 – $365) Mileage reimbursement. Sign-on and referral bonuses. Holiday pay. Paid orientation & ongoing training. Flexible schedules.
