Responsibilities

• Monitor clients and respond promptly to needs or emergencies.
• Assist with personal care needs as necessary.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to alleviate fear or anxiety.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
• Document care provided and communicate any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Active California Home Care Aide registration required.
• Recent TB test results or chest X-ray documentation.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.).
