Schedule

• Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays
• 4:00pm–9:00pm (can vary sometimes)

Responsibilities

• As-needed assistance with dressing, toileting (briefs/Depends), and other general ADLs
• Monitoring home ambulation and accompanying the client on neighborhood walks
• Serving food and providing specific snacks/fluids as guided by the family
• Skin condition checks and various dementia care tasks
• Light housekeeping, including general cleaning and laundry

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience directly caring for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s
• Valid Driver’s License and Social Security Card
• Active CNA license (state-specific) or PCA Test Results (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Recent negative TB test result
• Reliable transportation and the ability to lift/transfer clients safely
• Basic computer/app skills for daily charting and communication
• Empathy, professionalism, and a strict commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy
