About the role
You will help two people with intellectual and developmental disabilities during overnight shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on an every-other-weekend schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The position is awake.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including showering, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and engage in relaxation activities to promote mental well-being
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including laundry and meal preparation
- Encourage independence and empower our client to make their own decisions
