Caregiver - Overnights

Our employees play a key role in delivering exceptional care to every person we serve, allowing them to continue living comfortably, safely, and independently in their own home.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Aid with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.

Requirements

• Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is a plus.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, proof of insurance (if required for client transport).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers.
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

Qualifications

We train and manage all our caregivers, and there are currently caregiver jobs to fit any experience level.
