About the role

Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning home care agency, is hiring compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers to join our growing team. Whether you're experienced or just starting your caregiving journey, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you'll help seniors and adults maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Offering medication reminders
• Supporting clients with daily activities and mobility needs
• Creating a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for clients

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping others.

• HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required
• No certification? No problem. We provide paid training for qualified candidates
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a written competency evaluation
• Ability to pass a drug screening and nationwide background check
• Strong communication skills and a caring attitude

Pay

Competitive Pay $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on experience and certification)
