Responsibilities
- Manage caregiver roster, maintain preferences and desired hours, and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date in all systems.
- Monitor the performance of assigned caregivers who provide and support patients with personal care to ensure quality service.
- Ensure ongoing caregiver compliance according to state requirements, including in-service trainings and additional background checks.
- Proactively reach out to new caregivers to welcome and support them.
- Communicate with caregivers through regular touchpoints and provide recognition and engagement opportunities.
- Review caregiver satisfaction surveys and take action where needed.
- Appropriately handle caregiver questions and issues.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school graduate or GED required.
- One (1) to two (2) years of customer service or related experience.
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to supervise staff and provide necessary feedback to improve overall services.
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to deal with conflict in a professional manner.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and a cheerful attitude.
- Other requirements pursuant to state or local rules as applicable.

Pay
USD $20.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.
