Caregiver Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage caregiver roster, maintain preferences and desired hours, and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date in all systems.
• Monitor the performance of assigned caregivers who provide and support patients with personal care to ensure quality service.
• Ensure ongoing caregiver compliance according to state requirements, including in-service trainings and additional background checks.
• Proactively reach out to new caregivers to welcome and support them.
• Communicate with caregivers through regular touchpoints and provide recognition and engagement opportunities.
• Review caregiver satisfaction surveys and take action where needed.
• Appropriately handle caregiver questions and issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school graduate or GED required.
• One (1) to two (2) years of customer service or related experience.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise staff and provide necessary feedback to improve overall services.
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to deal with conflict in a professional manner.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
• Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and a cheerful attitude.
• Other requirements pursuant to state or local rules as applicable.

Pay

USD $20.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
