Caregiver/Resident Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily care of residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed
• Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements
• Confidentially communicate urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Demonstrate the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift

Bonus Opportunities

• Perfect attendance bonus: $75 for full-time (up to $1,950 annual benefit) and $35 for part-time (up to $910 annual benefit)
