Join our team as a Caregiver Relations Specialist II at the INTEGRIS Health Corporate Office in Oklahoma City, OK. INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a dedicated caregiver to join us in our mission to partner with people to live healthier lives.

Responsibilities

• Owns attendance, performance, and licensure/certification compliance cases end-to-end.
• Acts as a coach to leaders – raising caregiver relations literacy, ensuring due process, and escalating seamlessly when risk elevates.
• Advises, not just administers – crafts fair, defensible corrective action plans.
• Uses data patterns to spot underlying drivers; recommends systemic fixes.
• Models trauma-informed facilitation in difficult conversations.
• Conducts fact-finding; recommends and drafts corrective actions (performance improvement plans, finals).
• Manages licensure/compliance cases with HR Operations; coordinates administrative leaves as needed.
• Facilitates leader/caregiver meetings with clarity, dignity and due process.
• Tracks commitments and outcomes; escalates to Tier III when evidence or allegations warrant.
• Surfaces trends and proposes policy/education improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years employee relations experience or meets education requirement. Prior experience with investigative writing, case management systems, and ADA/FMLA policies and procedures.
• Education: Associates degree or meets experience requirements.
• Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written); proven ability to facilitate sensitive conversations, de-escalate, and prioritize.
